How to ring this page

Once: point the test number at this stage. In Twilio, set the number's voice webhook for the IE1 region (A call comes in,
HTTP POST) to:
Use a spare number: while it points here, its calls reach nothing else. - Sign in to the prod-staging Portal with a Factory or Admin account, in this browser.

Press Go online and allow the microphone. The page uses your Portal sign-in to get a one-hour Twilio access token
from the Phone Agent API, then registers this browser with Twilio as
softphone_poc. Calls only ring a browser that is online; every one that is online rings, and the first to accept takes the call. - Call the test number from any phone and press Accept here. Nobody answering for 30 seconds ends the call.
- To call out, type a number under Make a call and press Call. The other side sees the test number.
